You may have heard this old saying, and it is accurate after after all what we put in to our bodies is what we are, it makes a kind of common sense, and so you have to wonder sometimes, when you go out and eat and see people eating things in such quantity that it sort of just makes you wonder about their health.

The same thing could be said for your mind you know…

You are what you read, and what you watch on Tv, if you watch and play video games about unmerciful killing of people all day what kind of person do you think you will grow up to be? If you ready horror books, and watch horror movies, what kind of dreams do you think you will have? See the point here, sure its easy, but we love to do those things, we love to be scared, I suppose that most of us do like to watch a good movie from time to time, but these days it seems like it is getting out of control where you see movies, that show us things that can and will scar the minds of children, and in many cases parents may not be aware of what is being show to their children.

sometimes it can really pay you to know what your children are watching and as far as that goes, it is good to know what you are watching, on TV, as well, that may sound a little strange, but do you know what you watch, what shows you enjoy and why you watch them, is it drama?

Crime drama? recently there was actually a show about a man who was a mass murderer, and they showed this as if it were fun to watch, a man who tortured, people to death, now I say this if you enjoy watching show like that you need to see a doctor.

Crime drama is one thing, but actual pathological murder where the main character is a murderer and torturer, now that is just plain sick. You might say only in america and you would be right, only in america can someone be free to present a show like that, but and this is something that is even more important the idea that people could enjoy watching a messed up human being murder and kill now that is sick and if you are watching this kind of show you need help, seek it out.

Just remember, you are what you watch, and your children will grow up to be what they watch…
