Some are beginning to wonder, if the Big Kahuna, is well loosing the Midas touch, with the recent bad press involving developers, who were taken by
surprise, by the banning of any of other language, in the development of iphone and ipad applications, many were allegedly said to have long millions in development costs, and that made thousands run to the android platform, so could this be the bell ringing for apple?

Probably not, apple is trying but I have to polity disagree with the new developer terms of service and I cite that the forms are almost dead over there, because of a lack of communication, so in reality, I think apple, jobs, or whom ever, is responsible for that garbage, terms, of use, should be fired.

It cost apple allegedly a lot, in developer power, and there are also rumors, about not having enough talent, to finish up on the latest round of upgrades, to FCP, but who knows for sure, either it is hype or it is for real sometimes the world just does not know.
